The digital work “how to rob a bank,” is a humorous approach to storytelling using multiple mediums- text messages, internet sources, eBooks, etc. to tell the story of a couple and their newfound criminal activities. This work falls under the second rule of the “Born Digital” article- that e-poetry does things rather than says things. In “how to rob a bank,” the images play out before the reader at a click of a button, mouse, or swipe of a touch screen. It is incredibly interactive. It is not, as we discussed in class, an experience that can be printed out in its whole completion. The entire digital experience, sound, images, and text must be present to achieve the whole result.
